Going to be India’s first dedicated online tribal news platform, we would like to invite indie and free standing journalists to contribute to the platform ,who are in sync with our mission to bridge those gaps and to draw us all in on a united platform moving towards a global unity.
It is our call to people to share their culture diversity and to be open to prevail their customary folklore, traditions and ethnic heritage to help others to see the bigger picture. In that sense we are on our quest to support local communities in taking action to preserve their culture and natural heritage. Many Indigenous tribes, people and culture across the globe lack the true understanding and knowledge of what makes their cultures and those of others unique.
Caravanindie.com is an engaging online news platform devoted to expressing our knowledge about our own languages, cultures and traditions. It is a platform where we celebrate and glorify stories of unsung heroes, people and voices, who know their roots and willing to talk about them, in any way they feels best fit. Better intercultural dialogue and understanding are essential to ensure a prosperous future for our species and planet. But the world’s cultural colors are fading fast, and elementary natural wisdom is on the brink of being lost.

As an integral part of CaravanIndie mission, we invite people of all ages, different races and ethnicities to have better intercultural dialogue to help safeguard the world’s cultural and natural heritage for future generations, and inspire humanity to create a deeper connection with their own cultural identity and each other.
We invite written works of all languages in forms of features, short stories, long stories, poetry, haiku, sonnets, interviews, and much more. Two methods of doing so is our contributors or guest section, where we invite avid writers to our platform to write their life’s worth, both of which support multilingualism, endemic knowledge, and contemporary customal awareness.
We celebrate and glorify the people’s culture that knows their roots and is willing to talk about them, in any way they feels best fit, to unite the beauties which is yet to be united. In this way we hope to start this “Caravan” – a movement or group of people who uses their voices to spread awareness of their culture and making this world a Global Tribe.

![[02/04, 4:07 pm] Ravindra Baba: *World Autism Awareness Day: Recognising Early Signs of Autism and Understanding Every Child’s Unique Journey*
*Dr Sharad Sharma, Additional Director, Pediatric Neurology, Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur*
*Jaipur, 2nd April 2026* : World Autism Awareness Day is observed on April 2nd each year. Established by the United Nations in 2007, the day aims to build awareness and promote acceptance of individuals on the autism spectrum. It highlights the importance of understanding neurodiversity and ensuring that every child is supported in a way that respects their unique needs. April is also recognised as Autism Awareness Month, with schools, healthcare providers and communities working together to create more inclusive environments.
The day underscores the importance of early recognition of autism and the role of timely intervention. It encourages open conversations, reduces stigma and promotes access to supportive care, education and therapies. Most importantly, it reminds us that early understanding can make a meaningful difference in a child’s developmental journey.
Dr Sharad Sharma, Additional Director, Pediatric Neurology, Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur said, “According to a 2021 study published in the Indian Journal of Paediatrics, the estimated prevalence of autism in India is around 1 in 68 children. However, many cases are still identified late. Recognising early signs and starting timely intervention can significantly improve developmental outcomes and quality of life.”
Early Signs to Watch For:
• Delayed speech or limited verbal communication
• Less eye contact or response to name
• Limited interest in social interaction or play
• Repetitive behaviors such as hand flapping or lining up objects
• Strong preference for routines; difficulty with changes
• Sensitivity to sounds, lights, textures or touch
Diagnosis:
• Signs are often noticed before the age of three
• Diagnosis is based on developmental patterns and behaviour,
• Screening tools and specialist assessments help in confirmation
• Early identification allows timely start of intervention and support
Autism Care and Support
Early and consistent support can significantly help children develop essential skills. Therapies such as behavioural, speech and occupational therapy play a key role in supporting their overall development. Creating structured routines and providing a supportive environment can enhance both learning and comfort. Equally important is active parental involvement and caregiver training, which strengthen progress and continuity of care. With the right support and guidance, many individuals on the autism spectrum can go on to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
World Autism Awareness Day is a reminder that recognizing the early signs of autism is not about labelling, but about enabling children to receive the care, understanding and opportunities they deserve at the right time.
